After signing and returning a contract, the designers at Invite Design will begin concepts unique to your
event’s theme and colors. We will work with you to present concepts and get your feedback. When you
have chosen the invitation of your dreams, Invite Design will prepare a pre-production sample (proof)
and submit it to you for your final approval no less than nine weeks before your date of delivery. No
changes can be requested after the pre-production sample has been approved. Once you have signed
off on the proof of your invitation, we will begin the final preparations. Your invitations will arrive on or
before your date of delivery.

A 50% deposit of the quoted price is required with this signed contract. No work will commence without
a deposit. The remaining balance is due with the return of the signed pre-production proof, eight weeks
before the delivery date. No goods will be produced until the balance is paid. We reserve the right to
refuseproduction if the balance is not paid in full. If the remaining payment and signed pre-production
sample arenot returned eight weeks prior to the delivery date, the delivery date is not guaranteed. We
reserve the right to use all product we design in promotional material.

In the case of a location or date change after the invitations have been printed, update cards are available
for an additional fee. Invitations with the changes can be printed at an additional cost, but if time does not
permit, they will not be guaranteed by your original delivery date. In the event of a wedding cancellation:
If no work has been performed on the order, the full deposit will be refunded. If design work has commenced
but the pre-production proof has not been returned, fifty percent of the deposit will be refunded. There will
be no refund given once the signed pre-production proof has been returned to Invite Design.
